Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club. We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.

The role:

Parramatta Leagues Club has an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Hand with proven dedication and commitment, who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, with a positive attitude, passion for hospitality and strong food knowledge. Duties include but are not limited to:

Food preparation assistance.
Ensuring that all Kitchen and associated food preparation areas comply with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Operating commercial dishwashers
Any other ad hoc duties as required by our Chefs and Management

About you:

Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Full working rights in Australia
Experience as a Kitchen Hand or in hospitality environment (highly desirable)
Able to follow systems and procedures.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety and all kitchen procedures.
Highly reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
RSA/ RCG qualification or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
