Job description

Position: Account/Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain daily records of incoming & outgoing transactions.

· Keep trach of sales & purchases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

· Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

· Assist in inventory management and stock taking activities

· Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the branch manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

· Proven experience in accou7nting or administrative roles, preferably in a retail or trading environment.

· Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.

· Familiarity with accounting software is a plus

Salary: Rs25,000.00 per month
