Element Logic Finland’s customer portfolio is growing, and we are therefore seeking another skilled and ambitious colleague to help develop and serve our Finnish customers in the best possible way. If so, you might be the perfect candidate for this exciting newly created role as Account Manager for After Market at Element Logic Finland.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational development, including portfolio management of existing customers to optimize their AutoStore solutions (intralogistics).
  • Responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects of various expansion projects with customers (including price calculations, ROI assessments, proposals, and contract negotiations).
  • Act as the “go-to” person and escalation point for the customer, ensuring they feel professionally and well-treated at all times, maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in prioritizing task resolution related to your customers’ support cases.
  • Proactively and continuously ensure the development and optimization of customer performance, including through SLA meetings on-site and via teams.
  • Stay updated on competitor solutions to compare them with AutoStore constructively.
  • Inform/update customers about new functionalities in eManager (Element Logic's proprietary software) and provide advice on the most optimal solutions.
  • Prepare handover documents from the After Market sales organization to the delivery organization for expansion projects.
  • Create a sense of security and partnership with customers through accessibility and consultation.
  • Support colleagues in designing and simulating solutions.
  • Contribute to the Element Logic Finland After Market concept.


We envision that you might recognize yourself in several of the following points:

  • Higher education in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in intralogistics or warehouse operations. Experience in consulting and intralogistics sales or warehouse operations with automation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of lean and process optimization.
  • Documented experience managing large customer portfolios is a plus.
  • Experience with sales (dialogue, proposal, and contract negotiation) of larger complex technical solutions.
  • Background in selling large and complex technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, especially related to ROI calculations for complex solutions.
  • Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
  • Professional language skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
