Our Finance team based at Norton Canes Motorway Services has an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant. It's never been a more exciting time to join Roadchef as we have some amazing plans for 2025. Working within the Finance Team the role is responsible for providing support across the finance function, including data analysis, sales/purchase order administration, fixed asset administration, accounts payable support and other ad-hoc support to the Financial Teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide key data analysis and journal support.
- Assist with fixed asset register maintenance, mainly asset creation and reconciliations.
- Prepare periodic balance sheet reconciliations.
- Carry out the administration of sales and purchase orders.
- Liaise with and provide support to company auditors.
- Liaise with and provide support to internal stakeholders.
- Provide support to the Accounts Payable function as required.
- Other ad-hoc reporting as and when required from all departments.
