At Tineco Intelligent Inc., we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our accounts receivable processes, including processing customer invoices, resolving billing issues, and conducting account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting or finance, with experience in handling accounts for large retailers. Your expertise in SAP Financial Modules and data analysis tools like Power BI will be instrumental in supporting our financial reporting and decision-making. Role and Responsibilities
  • Process and record customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on the status of accounts receivable aging.
  • Accurately record and organize customer deductions.
  • Retailer Chargeback dispute.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance team.

Required Qualifications
  • Process and record customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to interact with a highly diverse group of people internally within the company as well as externally.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Process and record customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on the status of accounts receivable aging.
  • Accurately record and organize customer deductions.

Salary Range:
  • $70,000-74,500 DOE
