the role |

we have an incredible opportunity to join our central production unit as an admin + office assistant. our central production unit produce gyoza and sauces for our entire 160+ uk restaurant estate along with our franchises across the globe! this role is 5 days a week on site in east acton, london

we are looking for a someone who is highly organised + thrives in a support role, utilising their skills to ensure our operation + processes are running as smoothly as possible. you’ll be a real team player, supporting various functions to deliver the results needed, most importantly, ensuring our restaurants have gyoza to serve!


key responsibilities |

  • coordinating key processes for operations ensuring our teams are set up for success
  • support with compliance of internal + external protocols
  • assist with procurement processes for consumables, sundries, and office supplies
  • greeting visitors ensuring all clearance documents are complete
  • management of outgoing mail + packages
  • ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies in terms of H&S, GDPR + training requirements
  • maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll processing + labour
  • support the onboarding process for new starters, conducting inductions + issuing correct documentation
  • support team relations by addressing employee questions, updating communication boards + issuing staff vocuhers

the experience + personal attributes we are looking for |

  • happy to work 48 hours 5 days a week at our cpu in east acton, london
  • admin experience in a food production facility is highly desirable
  • a great understanding and passion for the wagamama brand
  • strong administrative skills
  • high accuracy + attention to detail
  • confident on microsoft office suite
  • sound communication, being confident with internal + external stakeholders
  • willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked
