Team/Department:

Multi Agency Safeguarding HUB (M.A.S.H.) - Safeguarding and Public Protection Department.

M.A.S.H.:

  • The role is based at the M.A.S.H., Cardiff Bay Police Station.

The role involves:

  • performing a variety of administrative functions within the safeguarding and public protection arena.
  • sharing information with SWP colleagues, Probation, Children’s Services, Education and Health Authorities.
  • taking meeting minutes, managing diaries, writing draft reports, and dealing with telephone enquiries.

We are looking for someone:

  • who is flexible with excellent organisational and customer service skills.
  • who is computer literate and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

This role is suitable for part time/job share workers due to operational requirements.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
