Part Time, Term Time (35 hours per week)

Trinity Anglican School is seeking applications for an Administration Assistant to support our Head of Primary.

• Perform administrative and secretarial duties.
• Edit, format, and type presentations, documents, and reports.
• Keep records, maintain databases, and enter data.
• Transform the administration from paper-based to online.
• Answer calls and coordinate with internal departments.
• Assist in managing external and internal correspondence.
• Send reminders, manage an events calendar, and schedule appointments.
• Order, collate, and organise all student stationery.
• Prepare facilities for scheduled activities and, if necessary, arrange refreshments.
• Order and replace office supplies and manage courier mail services.
• Relieve reception staff for breaks and on other occasions as deemed necessary.
• Perform First Aid as required.
• Complete special projects as designated by the Head of White Rock Campus Primary.
