We're on the lookout for a Administration Assistant to join our Facilities team based in Halifax. We're looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, the ability to work as part of time, with great understanding of office based applications.

What will I be doing?

  • Ensuring the customer documents are printed correctly within SLAs and processed for posting.
  • Ensuring incoming post is opened in a timely manner sorted and prepared for distribution.
  • Ensuring customer document fulfilment is achieved within agreed timescales
  • Assisting to receive deliveries and ensure these are correctly logged, communicated and stored away as required
  • Delivering the internal and external post to teams around the office.

What would we like to see in you?

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good document production systems knowledge including Apprise, Landscape, Scanning system, printer systems
  • Excellent understanding of office based applications/mail sorting/Scanning and postal systems
  • Great knowledge and capability working on Mail inserting or Document fulfilment processes
  • Good understanding of Mail Delivery/collection processes, recorded delivery, special delivery, parcels etc
