What you would do as our Administration Officer
You would provide full administrative support to the VP, CTO and Head of Residential. It is an office based role, primarily located at Willenhall with the opportunity to travel to other UKI sites to support meetings, visits etc.
You would also:
- Report to the Residential VP and provide diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, email management – monitoring and actioning in a timely manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and confidence.
- Do general administration duties to assist with business needs and support the residential segment including booking meeting rooms, team events.
- Coordinate, format and review management presentations both internally and externally, as well coordinate various monthly reporting duties.
- Work alongside the central CE team to ensure best practice within the residential segment.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience of office administration, or similar, duties ideally within a busy corporate environment.
- Has Business Administration Qualification or equivalent experience with excellent Microsoft and administration skills.
