In this role, you'll:



Work within our Central Intercity Services Team, with a focus on high-level administrative and executive services.

This role will see you range of administrative duties to ensure the effective operation of the Division. In addition to this, you will also be involved in coordinating purchasing autonomously, manage Pcard transations and appropriate purchase orders. The role would also see you assisting the Director by supporting them in various day to day activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and some calendar management and data entry. Please note that this role needs high level administrative skills

About you



Your demonstrated experience will be in high-level administrative and executive services, with the ability to work with in an unstructured and dynamic environment will set you up for success in this role. You are someone who possesses a continuous improvement mindset and is willing to execute the projects end to end.

You are recognised for your ability to be flexible and working well under pressure, with the ability to adapt and change priorities when required. In addition to this, you are a good communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across levels. This will see you successfully managing a large volume and variety of work, priorities, interests and deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.

This is an Award RC3 Permanent Full-Time role based in Sydney, which would require working from the Offices at the central station
