Hours: 30 hours, Full-time

Summary:
Mount Stuart Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. We care for patients from initial outpatient consultation and diagnostic scanning through to surgical treatment and recovery.
The role:
We are currently looking for an experienced and competent Administration Assistant to work 4 days/30 hours a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays') within our busy Medical Secretariat.
In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. We are looking for an administration assistant to join our ever growing team, who can demonstrate and deliver high quality customer service. You must be able to prioritise whilst working under pressure, be accurate, meticulous and demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience working with medical terminology is desirable but not essential.
