As a casual Clerk Typist, you will also provide help to maintain the office environment and lunchroom by ensuring common spaces are clean and tidy, checking meeting rooms for tidiness, maintaining the staff telephone list so that it is always accurate, contacting vendors, ordering and organizing stationery and supplies in the office and ensuring paper and toner is stocked, and office equipment is in working order.
