We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Professional. This position will be based out of one of our New Brunswick operations.

  • Setup and Processing of Purchase and Sale Agreements
  • Create contract documents and maintain rate tables
  • Process purchase and sales tallies
  • Weekly Reporting
  • Support regional and divisional teams
  • Provide analysis related to Purchase and Sales
  • Additional administrative support as required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
• 2 years of administrative support experience
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
