As an Administrative Support in Moncton you will responsible for supporting the rental, service and operations team by providing administration support to ensure customer focused operations day to day.
The successful candidate will be performing the following duties:
- Answer main phone line and direct calls as necessary
- Answer email inquiry for rentals - forward on to appropriate person
- Act as backup for the Service Counter/Operations Coordinator, reviewing the yard check, creating work orders, updating customers on ready units, and handling phone and email inquiries for service-related issues.
- Act as JHSC Admin, performing administrative duties for the Monthly Safety Meeting and conducting monthly office and ERS safety audits.
- Perform general admin duties and administer general office supply requests and tasks (including office expenses, swipe cards, gate codes, mail and courier, SNB requests and Fuel tickets)
- Ensure rental and service work order filing
- Ensure work order postings are sorted
- Handle Backup duties to dispatch trailers to customers, deliveries and pickups as required
- Order any and all motor vehicle inspection site supplies via Service NB
- Support other areas of the department as necessary
To be successful you’ll need to have the following skills and abilities:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Intermediate - Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce)
- Strong customer service skills; ability to deal with strong personalities
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi task
- A team player that takes initiative and a learner attitude.
