Application Administrator IT (Platforms)

Under the guidance of the Manager, this position is responsible for production support of the organizationaEURtms applications. As the primary point of contact, this individual is knowledgeable in all technical and operational aspects of the applications supported. This role involves resolving issues that arise, investigating solutions to problems, collaborating closely with business partners and vendors, and providing Information Technology (IT) support for organization initiatives. If applicable, assists in business unitaEURtms compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
