To assist in all aspects of recruitment administration to ensure an efficient, high quality service is provided at all times.o To answer the telephones and deal with enquiries.o To accurately process advert requests in a timely manner.o Deal with enquiries about recruitment matters from managers, employees and the general public.o To undertake general clerical duties including photocopying and filing.o May be required to assist in the filing of information on electronic personal files. Please note it is a requirement of The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust that all successful candidates who require a DBS for the post they have been offered pay for their DBS certificate.The method of payment is a salary deduction from your first months pay.
