Salary: PS12 to PS13 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support students as a Behaviour Support worker by offering mentorship and guiding them on their educational paths.
• Tailor diverse strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual student.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to create comprehensive support plans.
• Foster an environment that encourages improved social interactions and communication skills.
• Participate actively in daily activities, academics, and specialised interventions aimed at enhancing behaviour.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates with previous experience as Behaviour Support workers will be prioritised.
• Applicants holding a valid driver's license will receive preferential treatment.
• Strong communication skills are a plus.
