Job details

The Estates and Campus Services Team are looking for a Buildings Cleaner to join their existing team. This is a part-time vacancy working 18 hours per week for early mornings only.

The successful applicant will be required to thoroughly thoroughly clean all areas of University buildings to ensure they are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The post holder can be required to work in any zone of the University and in any building.

Applicants require a basic level of literacy and numeracy and the ability to be able to understand instructions. They will need to work as part of a team and have be flexible to cover all areas of the University. The ability to carry out duties which can be physical in nature and can include bending, walking, pushing, lifting, climbing stairs and handling equipment is also required. Full training will be provided.

This position is based at our Preston campus.
