Business Analyst

Responsible to enhance overall business efficiency by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of both IT and business functions. This position involves analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and teams.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
• Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and addressing risks.
• Ensure quality assurance by working with teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
