- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve issues and provide information clearly and effectively
- Update customer records in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet call handling and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Quiet work environment and stable internet connection
