Salary: Up to £11.44 per hour

The role:

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Ticketing Cashiers to join our busy team, you will work across two sites Bournemouth International Centre and Bournemouth Pavilion. If you have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment than this is the role for you. This is a great opportunity to fit in around your lifestyle and work when you wish.

You will:

• Assist in the promotion of entertainment in the selling and reservation of tickets.
• Deal with day to day enquiries from the general public concerning show information, times, ticket prices, and general information.
• Reconcile cash and ticket sales and complete a cashiers summary.
• Assist with telephone sales for BH Live and external events.
• Compile seating plans showing price structures for public information.

You will need:

• Great customer care skills.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent administration and organisations skills.

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
