In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive speedy service at the checkout, while also making them feel appreciated and valued.

As someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, you're able to maintain our high service standards without compromising efficiency. You've got endless patience and a knack for problem-solving, so even the most challenging situations don't fluster you. You will also assist with covering breaks at Self-checkout and collecting Click and Collects at our Service Desk.

Your organizational skills are second to none, and you understand that a tidy workspace is essential for success. And when it comes to technology and systems, you're a quick learner who's always eager to acquire new skills and knowledge.

There are 2 permanent part-time positions with the following hours of work (please indicate your preference in your message to recruiter):

Position One (10 hours)

• Sunday 11:00 - 17:00
• Monday 11:00 - 16:00

Position Two (12 hours)

• Wednesday 10:00 - 14:00
• Thursday 10:00 - 14:00
• Friday 9:30 - 13:30

It would be beneficial if you had some experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, but it's not essential. Good communication skills are required, and a positive attitude is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods of time. Some heavy lifting is required so you will be physically fit.
