As we continue to increase capacity through our strengthened offer we are developing and expanding our Children’s Homes, the opportunity has arisen for us to recruit to a Children’s Homes Domestic Assistant. We would welcome applications from motivated and enthusiastic people who share our vision for children to grow up happy, healthy, safe in their homes and communities with people who love them.

Your Role
As a Children’s Homes Domestic Assistant in North East Lincolnshire Council’s Children’s Services, you will work as part of a team and play a pivotal role in supporting the team to enable us to fulfil our ambition of children remaining within their local community, their schools and close to their family and friends.
We are looking for an individual to join our Children’s Home to take on our Domestic Assistant role and also bring a homemaker/ housekeeper feel to the role. You will support us to create a clean and homely living environment that is safe, warm, and nurturing. You will work alongside the team to ensure positive outcomes are achieved for our children within a loving and caring home and have the ability to engage well with children.
You will be part of a Children’s Home team whose practice is highly valued and supported by skilled, knowledgeable and caring leaders and managers. You will be joining a service that is built on pride and passion, which has high aspirations for children and families and who are committed to empowering them to thrive and be the best they can be.
