We currently have a permanent post to join the team cleaning residential or commercial buildings in particular the stairwells of buildings. The team are based at Bankhead, Glenrothes covering various areas in Fife working from 7:30am to 3:42 pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year, 36 hours per week .

You will earn a competitive salary of £22,525.71 with access to a range of benefits, including:

  • We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.00 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
  • Pay is every 4 weeks.
  • Travel expenses will be paid – we pay 45 pence per mile to staff using their own car.

This work is about ensuring buildings are left in a clean and safe standard. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate
