We currently have a permanent vacancy for a cleaner in Bell Baxter High School, Cupar covering as required Monday to Friday.

Bell Baxter High School

• 20.00 hours per week - Monday to Friday 40-week contract. Hours of work are 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Monday Tuesday and Friday and 3:45pm to 7:45pm Wednesday and Thursday.

You will earn a competitive salary of £22,525.71 pro rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

• We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.00 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can return to a clean and safe environment every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.

The Person

No Previous experience is required as full training is given.

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
