As a Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
- Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets
- Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
- Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
- Generate cleaning schedules for your team
- Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
- Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
- Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
About You
- Must have previous supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
- A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
- Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
- Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Strong leadership skills
- Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
