We have an exciting opportunity available as a Clinical Team Administrator for the South Older Persons Community Team. The position is a part time post and an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to begin a career in the NHS. The successful candidate will build experience working in administration in a supportive and friendly team.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and flexible candidate to support the changing needs and demands of our Older Persons Community and Memory Assessment team in a wide variety of administrative functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator who has an interest in the wellbeing of our service users and who has the passion to provide strong administration support, essential for the successful and efficient operation of our teams.
Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail?
Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities?
Do you have experience of managing detailed complex information and maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality?

You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Previous administration experience is essential. The role will include but is not limited to general administration, minuting meetings, diary management and entering patient data.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.
