What you’ll be doing

1. Supports the development and implementation of well-defined deliverables by supporting teams and key stakeholder groups across BT Group.
2. Participates in a diverse range of clear operational, project, clear and / or service activities within BT Group guidelines and policies.
3. Follows end-to-end Communications best practice, policy, process and procedures.
4. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of Communications.
5. Conducts information gathering to support in the design and delivery of process improvements within area of responsibility.
6. Contributes to the maintenance and development of internal and/or external client relationships and delivery of commitments within agreed timeframes.
7. Monitors and supports the reporting of metrics, including escalations and resolutions in alignment with BT Group standards.
8. Participates in internal operational meetings, supporting the provision of detailed status updates for projects.
9. Takes responsibility for developing personal understanding of the business area / industry and how it may affect internal business targets and deliverables.
