Description of role
This role is a graduate / entry Level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Consultancy. Our Associate Consulting Pathway (ACP) is a structured programme designed to get you up to speed and contributing to our client projects within 3 months. You will mix on-the-job learning with tailored training sessions designed to ensure you have a high level of understanding of what we do, how we do it, and what the expected outcomes are for our clients.
We will provide opportunities to work in all our client focussed communities including HR, Finance, Change, Project Delivery and Data & Enterprise Architecture to support you in developing a wide variety of skills. You will be encouraged to take on additional responsibilities as soon as you are ready, and you will play an active role in deciding how your career progresses.
We are looking for candidates who have:
A permanent right to work in the UK and can commence employment in January 2025.- Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to engage with clients and produce professional documentation to the required standard
- Problem-solving abilities: Demonstrated capability to analyse situations and find innovative solutions.
- Collaborative mindset: An passion to work within a team-driven environment and contribute collectively to goals.
- Enthusiasm and dedication: A proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve excellence.
- An interest in how technology supports and drives business in general and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- A strong desire to learn and grow, and the ambition to be the best at what you do
Desirable
- A recent UK degree and/or
- MS Office experience and/or
- Customer service experience (voluntary or professional)

The salary for this role will be £27,500 per annum rising to £28,500 per annum after 6 months after successful probation completion
