Lead the end to end entry of deals into Ahold Delhaize Merchandising Systems, be accountable for the entry validation and for quality control. Manage a team to ensure flawless execution of all fresh and non-perishable deals. The position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, communicating, and continuously improving proper standards, procedures, and controls in accordance with established service level agreements, company, industry, and regulations at the Federal, State and Local Level.

• Act as a working lead, manage the work balance of the team to ensure all deals are entered in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively to ensure that all deal entry is completed accurately and on time
• Responsible for ensuring associates create, organize and maintain deal execution files
• Responsible for communication and collaboration with the Categories, Merch Promo, Marketing, Pricing and Financial Services
• Manage and execute the version differences between deal modifications, changes and requirements are entered accurately on time.
• Ensure that all changes communicated to entry team are executed with a sense of urgency.
• Process information (electronic or paper) required from Category Teams to enable deals to be executed in the requisite systems as required.
• Accountable for accuracy of the cost and promoted prices entered into system
• Accountable for manual billings that ensure all funding is processed correctly
• Work cross functionally with Promo Entry and Category Teams to ensure a seamless process
• Responsible for measuring accuracy and timeliness of deal entry, driving root cause analysis & continuous improvement for the overall process
• Responsible for making changes in course based on exceptions highlighted and needs agreed upon
• Responsible for day to day leadership of all Cost and Deal Entry Admins, including skill development, establishing clear job expectations, and managing to those expectations
• Responsible for managing career development plans and supportive training programs to continue to build the skills and experiences
• Responsible for exhibiting a strong performance management culture
• Coordinate resolution through the various facets of the organization as required.
• Correct issues through the various systems in order to insure correctness of all aspects of the deal.
• Troubleshoot / handle conflicts with portfolio teams and Store teams
