What You'll Be Working On
Your role puts you at the heart of our customer experience, where you'll:
- Build genuine connections with customers across multiple communication channels
- Solve complex queries about deliveries, collections, returns, and product specifications
- Collaborate with our Product Department and store teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Help shape our customer service approach by identifying opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to our knowledge base and help streamline customer service processes
- Provide personalised product recommendations based on customer needs
