What You'll Be Working On

Your role puts you at the heart of our customer experience, where you'll:

  • Build genuine connections with customers across multiple communication channels
  • Solve complex queries about deliveries, collections, returns, and product specifications
  • Collaborate with our Product Department and store teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Help shape our customer service approach by identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help streamline customer service processes
  • Provide personalised product recommendations based on customer needs
