Job Title: Account Specialist – Customer Service

Location: 35 Broadway Rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512

Shift: (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm)

Position Overview/Position Responsibilities:

This is a role within Customer Service with the goal of receiving, troubleshooting, and releasing work to our Distribution Centers while also supporting process improvement initiatives when needed. This position will have a significant portion of their time dedicated to the day-to-day management of order flow for the assigned customer accounts while supporting key metrics and KPIs.


What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Word and Excel experience


Nice to have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and RF scanning equipment.
  • Experience with internal auditing
  • SAP experience
  • Strong Excel skills

Coordinator – Physical Flows

Reports to: Supervisor – Physical Flows

Job Summary:

The position will perform tasks and functions to support the Distribution operation. Key functions include international order communication/consolidation, bin slotting, wave planning, cycle counting, and special projects.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Word and Excel experience required
  • Experience with internal auditing preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills preferred

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute reporting to the operations teams for greater visibility to information to make decisions.
  • Conducts process audits and cycle counting in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Leads and assists special projects as needed by business and provides local assistance to both external and internal auditors.
  • Fill in on other coordinator functions as needed.
  • Responsible for making all inbound appointments into the DC.
  • Ensures all PO’S, Pallet Counts, Vendors and Anomalies are captured on the Inbound Log.
  • Responsible for capturing all Vendor Non-Compliance issues and communicating those issues to internal and external business partners.
  • Maintains and Audits assigned receiving lanes for inventory discrepancies.
  • Validates and signs all inbound receipts.
  • Coordinates with Receiving off-loader on Dock Door and Receiving lane load placement.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Required: High School diploma or GED
  • Must have responsible work habits and good judgment and decision-making ability, self-motivated and detail oriented individual.
  • Ability to obtain L'Oréal forklift certification
  • RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) Haz Mat Training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an order processing environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word


Working Conditions
:

  • 2nd shift 3pm – 11:30 pm (Over time and cross training required)
  • Overtime can be expected during peak seasons based on business needs
  • Personal protective equipment required including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes and vest; other equipment provided dependent upon role
  • Close to moderate supervision required for this position
