Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Quarries Contact Centre at North Ryde on a Permanent Full-Time basis!

We are seeking a Customer Solution Agents to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries.

Your day will involve;

• Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
• Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
• Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
• Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Punctual, professional and reliable team members that look forward to joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
• Enthusiasm and customer focused individuals that are willing to be an integral part of a busy contact centre team
• Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while ensuring customers are provided exceptional customer service
• Computer literacy
