For our team Operations / Intermodal and road transports within the Business Unit GTL Overseas in Mendrisio, Switzerland, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d), whose commitment and care are the best basis for assuring that we can fulfill even the highest demands.
Your tasks
- Planning of the transport in deepsea shipping
- Order verification according to the customers requirements
- Act according with law and to the safety and healthy HOYER Requiremnts
- Update of order details on time, charge incoming and outgoing costs on order level and insert customer portals with data
Your skills
- Relevant business experience in the area of deepsea bulk transport
- Native Italian speaking, English fluent ; additional language
- Knowledge of MS-Office programs
- Self motivated and ability to work independent, following group guidelines and in an international environment
- Decision maker
- Team player, with high skills in polite and pro-active communications
