About our Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral team member supporting customers with enquiries as well as the sales team. You will join a professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
This is a varied role but a typical day will involve:
- Checking and releasing of sales orders
- Keying and amending sales orders
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries
- Liaising with Manufacturing and Dispatch to update delivery dates for customer orders
- Providing technical solutions and quotations for sales enquiries
- Providing back office support to External Sales team
- Assist with showroom enquiries when required
- Cover reception duties during breaks when required
- Troubleshoot solutions to improve the customer experience
About You
Ideally you'll have customer service and/or administration experience with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. Along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.
In addition, you will bring:
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
- Ability to work under pressure with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to multitask & manage time effectively with competing priorities
- outstanding communication and customer service skills
