General Summary
Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day sales order input activities and supporting the inside sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone which includes order details such as: price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.
  • Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.

  • Contribute to the team by offering inside sales support by relaying appropriate information to the sales representative.
  • File purchase orders daily, to ensure the company is following guidelines.
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Perform administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.
