General Summary
Responsibilities
- Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone which includes order details such as: price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.
- Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
- Maintain the address and the fax email address.
- Contribute to the team by offering inside sales support by relaying appropriate information to the sales representative.
- File purchase orders daily, to ensure the company is following guidelines.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Perform administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.

- Excellent computer skills: Order processing with computer and database systems.
- Attention to detail: very detailed oriented and has a history of not making errors.
