Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Overloaded Program, ensuring that it is completed with accuracy and efficiency
• Focus on account retention, proactively addressing concerns and strengthening relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, account management, and issue resolution.
• Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update customer account information accurately.
• Collaborate with customers to assess service needs, address concerns, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Proactively focus on account retention, addressing customer concerns to strengthen relationships.
• Opportunity to earn commission by successfully resigning accounts.
• Support the dispatch and customer service teams as needed.
