Customer Solutions Analyst

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting global implementation projects and management of change initiatives with the focus on deugro’s client-facing solution visiotrack
• Analyzing client requirements and business process impact, identifying related system requirements and creating the corresponding implementation plans
• Liaising between the sales organization and the local executing entities to assure that business awards translate into delivering the defined operational service, by use of visiotrack
• Supporting and policing the data integrity and quality of visiotrack as well as the inquiries and tickets related to visiotrack from users and superusers
• Providing on-site/local support if required during business transitions and improvement projects
• Developing detailed implementation plans based on the specifications of the contract awarded and deugro’s defined transition and/or implementation strategies
• Setting up and managing cross-functional project teams based on the contract requirements; initiating and coordinating visiotrack system training for operational units

• Deep industry knowledge of supply chain logistics and projects
• Savviness with IT systems supporting external and internal processes and requirements
• Your ability to sell solutions to new and existing clients
• Customer orientation, teamwork, economical thinking, analysis and judgement are not new to you
• Your ability and assertive power to convince people for a common goal, also against resistance and in difficult environments
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Willingness to travel on international business trips
