Customer Support Administrator

SGS Cramlington (NE23 1WB) are currently looking a customer support specialist. Ideally someone with good eye for detail, team player and quick to learn. Experience working with spreadsheets would be ideal. No experience needed as full training will be provided.

Reporting directly to the Customer Support and Data Manager, this is an office-based role. You would be responsible for answering telephones, setting up new suites / limits in the LIMS System (to be trained on), dealing with general customer queries, entering and reporting subcontracting results and other general admin tasks.

The working pattern will be Mon-Friday 9:00am – 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunchbreak) and the length of contract will be 3 months (possibility to be extended if required). Salary £12/h.
