Customer Support & Onboarding Agent - Working Student

What your work will look like:

• The job consists of a few different aspects. These include general customer service tasks (phone calls and emails), further discussions and support with our partners, Onboarding of new merchants who wish to use our service, and other admin-related tasks.
• You will be a part of a great team that works well together and relies on each other for support and assistance.
• The general day and tasks will be well structured to ensure you know what the goals are, and we will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to successfully achieve them.
• This role will change in regards to your schedule to ensure it can fit in well with your current studies and lifestyle.
