KEA Exeter are looking to welcome three Customer Warehouse Operatives to join our motivated and passionate team. This role is a customer-facing role, where you will be working in our Self-Serve Warehouse - a varied job role that involves warehouse operational tasks and great customer service.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be 01 and 02 February 2025.
• Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

• Two 30-hour contracts (which includes working 3 in 4 weekends; earliest start times are 08:00am to 20:30pm).
• One 16-hour contract (which we can discuss at interview, and may be either a weekend-only contract or 3 set shifts during the week).
• Please note in your pre-screening answers which contract size you are interested in.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
You will ideally bring with you previous customer service experience, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves as this is a fast-paced role in our Self-Serve Warehouse where you will be working with customers and also moving stock, ensuring a clean and safe environment in the process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You have a customer first mindset, serving customers in our warehouse, maximising sales, securing stock availability, administrative tasks and ensuring the area is clean, well presented, easy to shop, and ready for the following days delivery.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
