The position
Novo Nordisk is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Corporate Vice President (CVP) and contribute to our transformative journey. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations and fostering a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Coordination: Oversee and manage the CVP's daily activities, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Manage the CVP’s calendar, including organizing leadership team meetings, travel arrangements, and transformation-related activities.
  • Workplace Engagement: Play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and enjoyable workplace that attracts, retains, and develops talented individuals.
  • Calendar Management: Take charge of the functional annual calendar to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute events, from small gatherings to large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Executive-Level Experience: Proven experience working closely with C-level executives is essential.
  • Administrative Expertise: A minimum of three years’ experience with administrative processes, ideally complemented by exposure to project coordination.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal, at a professional business level.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, demonstrating urgency, organization, and a structured approach to managing tasks.
  • Service Orientation: A proactive, solution-focused mindset, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
