We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, courteous, and professional Data Entry Administrator to support our Head Office - Operations.

What will my role look like?

As the Data Entry Administrator for Head Office - Operations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our stores and internal support teams.

Role Duties:
Maintain an accurate data entry database of product, price, promotion and colleague database.
Use of SamTouch system.
Ensure all product, pricing and promotion information and accurate updates are on time.
First point of contact for internal support teams for till updates/issues to be resolved.
Liaise with and provide support to our stores and support teams, responding to operational queries efficiently and effectively.
Assist with coordination of retail projects and activity.
Develop good working relationships with retail teams and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
General administration support across central operations.

Skills, know-how and experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong focus on working to tight deadlines and keeping tasks on track.
Sound numeracy skills.
Confident working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable working with individuals at all different levels across the business.
Planning and organisation skills.
