Title: Data Entry Support
Salary: $57,417 – $61,977 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term – May 22, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver – Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2026.
Bargaining Unit: PSAC Local 22000 (Public Service Alliance of Canada)
About the role
As Data Entry Support, you will – provide a variety of program support activities within FNHA CDC program. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of client files. Assure accurate coding and client documentation into relevant systems such as the Panorama communicable disease database system. Receive incoming correspondence and requests for information and releases under the appropriate Freedom of Information policy and route accordingly. Perform administrative support functions such as records management, budget tracking, ordering and document processing.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
- Post-secondary graduation from a recognized program
- One (1) year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of and an understanding of First Nations cultural principles and protocols in work situations
- Awareness of the importance of First Nations cultural identity as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle for individuals within a community
