Deputy General Manager - Procurement

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as a Deputy General Manager of the Procurement, responsible for leading all purchases of the company. (Projects, chemical, spares, general, electrical and mechanical items etc.

Job Description:

• Manage all general & technical procurement of the group.
• Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure efficient & cost effective purchases of spares & parts.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery of spare parts.
• Conduct market research, identify potential suppliers, and assess their capabilities and product quality.
• Analyze procurement data; prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts related to technical procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA in SCM/ Supply Chain Certification
• 15+ years of experience in procurement

Location:

• SITE Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
