Digital Marketing on-site Internship Bahawalpur (Female Only)

PASCO - Pakistan Automation Solutions Company is offering 12 months (PAID) + 1-3 month (UNPAID) probation period on-site leading to permanent job (performance dependent). We are looking for Fresh Graduates, who want to pursue their professional career in Digital Marketing.

Education:

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate course related to marketing, communications, or a similar field.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with marketing computer software is essential. Understanding tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using

Marketing Knowledge:

• A good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques is valuable. Stay updated on industry developments.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You’ll be creating content, communicating with team members, and possibly interacting with clients.

Multitasking Abilities:

• As a digital marketing intern, you’ll likely juggle multiple tasks. Outstanding multitasking abilities will serve you well.

Internships provide practical experience and a chance to learn on the job. Whether you’re interning at a digital agency or on the client-side, the exposure gained during an internship can significantly impact your digital marketing career.

Terms and conditions:

• 9 hours a day for 6 days a week till 2 years (renewable Contract) (1st year Internship and 2nd year job).
• Performance based or 10% minimum on base stipend/salary after every three months.
• 2 monthly leaves 1 casual and 1 medical which can be extended on recommendation (Medical Certificate) of registered medical practitioner (Government Hospital Doctor).
• Organization reserves the right to withdraw any offer or terminate employment:
• without any prior notice, In case of non-satisfactory behavior, violation of office rules, reference, background checks, failure to submit the required documentation or in case of any misleading information provided.
• If all of the mentioned cases are not found, a notice period of 2 months or 2 months stipend will be given to the candidate before termination.
• Submission of an original valid document such as latest transcript ,result card or degree belonging to the candidate is mandatory for the contract which will be returned after successful completion of the contract.
• If Somehow candidate want to discontinue the contract, 3 months prior candidate will refer to someone having equal knowledge ,skills and acceptable reputation to complete the contract on your behalf (if organization agrees to do so) otherwise Candidate would have to clear the expenses which organization has made on that candidate till that date.
