How Is This Role Important to Our Work?

Coupe Health is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growing organization and team; this role is based in Minnesota. This position is responsible for the partnership, development, execution and ongoing coordination of digital marketing efforts at Coupe Health. This person will partner with the Marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that support brand experience and product strategies for B2B and B2C segments. This includes social media, text/SMS marketing, email marketing, Digital Ads, Paid Search, Paid Social and design integration. This position analyzes and reports on the performance of specific tactics and campaigns overall and provides informed recommendations for ongoing optimization and future approaches.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years of digital marketing experience. Experience with Google Analytics, paid and organic social media, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM and all other digital marketing channels. This person must be proactive, with the ability to translate insights into action.

A Day In The Life

  • Effectively plans and executes a wide range of digital marketing tactics including email, social media, text, paid search, display ads etc.
  • Manage and create organic social posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor digital campaigns and social trends across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Supports and collaborates with marketing leadership for campaign-level planning.
  • Stays up to date with and effectively identifies current trends in digital marketing and recommends actionable strategies.
  • Responsible for email design, deployment, and partnering on list creation and management.
  • Responsible for daily social engagement with target audience.
  • Grow followers on all social media channels and increase engagement.
  • Manage and respond to company and member reviews of our brand.
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager to manage and report on engagement and website traffic.

Nice To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry.
  • Google Certifications: Analytics, Ads etc.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Canva and/or similar to produce visuals is preferred
  • Experience working in an agency or internal/corporate agency environment.

Required Skills And Experiences

  • 4+ years of general marketing experience with 2+ years' digital marketing experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to partner and implement marketing strategies to grow online presence.
  • Skilled in applying critical thinking to evaluate and recommend the potential application of new ways to engage audiences through digital channels.
  • Working knowledge of digital outreach platforms for email and engagement (example: Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (example: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Demonstrated experience managing email and/or 1:1 automation programs.
  • Ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and utilization of brand guidelines and voice to create engaging content.
  • Ability to create and nurture productive working relationships with all levels in the company and across multiple disciplines.

Role Designation

Hybrid Remote

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely. Onsite is full-time onsite.
