Job Summary:
The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience

  • Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests' time.
  • Assess guests' needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
  • Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
  • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store options) according to company standards.
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and "make it right" for guests.
Working with Others

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations

  • Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards.
  • Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
  • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
Availability

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Other Willingness Requirements

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
  • Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
  • Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently

Compensation & Benefits Package
Base Pay Range: $20.25 - $23.30/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.25 - $25.30/hour

Le role d'educateur constitue la base du succes de notre organisation. Les educateurs sont des experts dans la creation d'un service a la clientele de premiere classe, autrement dit d'une experience-invite, dans nos magasins de detail. Ils sont tenus de creer des liens avec nos invites, en donnant de l'education de premiere qualite sur les produits et en parlant avec authenticite de notre communaute et de notre culture.

Responsabilites principales liees au poste

Experience-invite ( invite signifie ici client )

  • Interagir avec les invites afin de leur offrir une excellente experience, tout en respectant leur rythme.
  • Evaluer les besoins des invites afin de leur fournir des solutions et un soutien personnalises et efficaces en matiere d'achat et de retour.
  • Fournir une education technique sur le produit en expliquant la valeur et les avantages de ce dernier.
  • Faciliter une experience-invite harmonieuse du debut a la fin, en effectuant des transactions precises et rapides avec les invites et en executant des programmes omnicanaux pertinents pour le marche (par exemple, achat en ligne/ramassage en magasin, ventes par telephone et options d'expedition depuis le magasin) selon les normes de l'entreprise.
  • Se deplacer de maniere dynamique sur le plancher afin d'interagir en permanence avec les invites et de repondre a leurs besoins ou a ceux du magasin.
  • Recevoir les retroactions des invites et collaborer avec le leadership du magasin pour prendre les mesures appropriees et arranger les choses en faveur des invites.
Travailler avec les autres

  • Contribuer a un environnement d'equipe respectueux et inclusif en accueillant et en celebrant les differences afin de garantir une experience positive et engageante pour tous les membres de l'equipe et les invites.
  • Etablir des relations encourageantes et productives avec tous les membres de l'equipe.

Operations

  • Effectuer les taches de presentation des produits (par exemple, remettre les articles en place, reapprovisionner ou ajouter des articles epuises sur le plancher a partir des stocks, destocker ou deplacer des articles) selon les normes de l'entreprise.
  • Utiliser la technologie en magasin pour soutenir les operations du magasin et offrir des experiences-invites agreables.
  • Effectuer les taches de nettoyage necessaires tout au long du quart de travail afin de maintenir l'environnement de luxe du magasin.
  • Comprendre et adherer aux politiques et procedures de securite du personnel afin de maintenir un environnement de travail securitaire.
  • Effectuer le travail conformement aux politiques, procedures et lois ou reglements applicables.

Exigences du poste

Admissibilite

  • Etre legalement autorise a travailler dans le pays dans lequel le magasin est situe.
  • Etre age de 18 ans ou plus
  • Posseder la preuve du droit au travail et la preuve des exigences legislatives locales associees (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique uniquement).
  • Avoir la capacite de se rendre au magasin assigne en utilisant ses propres moyens de transport.

  • Etre pret a travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours feries
