Bondhus Corporation, a worldwide leader in the hand tool industry, is seeking a Machine Operators on 2nd shift at the Monticello, MN facility.

If you have the desire to work in manufacturing, mechanical ability OR previous manufacturing/production experience, we want to hear from you!

Job details include:

· Produce parts to meet production standards (number and quality of pieces) including measuring for compliance standards & reading & interpreting spec sheets

· Set up, trouble shoot and perform minor preventative maintenance on production equipment in assigned work cell

· Documentation including defective materials reporting & part completion

· Must be safety focused & perform housekeeping as required

· Maintain positive, professional relationships and communications with co-workers, Supervisors, and others throughout the company

· Must be able to bend, stand, & lift 50 lbs

· Pad print experience a plus

2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
